sperm_john Posted 11 September, 2011 Share Posted 11 September, 2011 Worry you the most this season? Just as a bit of fun as I know its still early days. I think in terms of unknown quantities and how well we will fare, it has to be Borough and West Ham for me at the moment ... Borough seem to be creeping up and still managing to stay largely off the radar! How does everyone think we will get on when we play them....? Will we match up fairly even or will there be a gulf in class we cant predict at the moment ..
Saint Garrett Posted 11 September, 2011 Share Posted 11 September, 2011 West Ham probably have a better side now than they had at the end of last season. I'm worried about when we play them, especially as pretty much all my mates support them! Boro are a good side on their way back under Mowbray. pap Posted 11 September, 2011 Share Posted 11 September, 2011 Pompey, but not because I think they'll beat us. Filthy team though. Liam Lawrence looked shocking on last night's Football League show. A Hammers fan said they were the "dirtiest team I've seen at West Ham for ages". Add that to two highly charged fixtures, and there's potential for injuries. Hopefully the refs will come down hard on them. Do they play like that all the time?

I actually thought this last nite watching how dirty they were. I really would not play Lallana as he is key and if he pulls a few tricks think they will just go for his legs, very worried. Avenue Saint Posted 11 September, 2011 Share Posted 11 September, 2011 Thinking about Pompey game you just know they will target our creative players in a very physical game! So for that reason, I would play OUR most "physical" team. Hopefully jaidi and barny will be back by then so the following team can be called to start. Kelv Richardson Fonte Jaidhi Harding Guly Chaplow Hammond Holmes Lambert Barnard I would definitely leave Adam on bench unless required!
