Hopefully we won't be going back there in a hurry! Should have joined us in The Greyhound. Proper old fashioned pub, loads of ales on offer, log fire on the go, nice setting on the canal...

Got to say THE GREYHOUND was one of the best away pubs we ever been too. Top draw! Have to be careful of the walk along the canal though, as too many of those fine ales, and you could fall in the water. Well that actually DID happen to one of the London Saints.... :-)

Probably mate, just took a punt on that Longford Engine as it was a bit closer. Did the trick anyway. Also good to see The Rocket at the station is still a fine and classy establishment!
Dangerous Albert Posted 7 November, 2011 Posted 7 November, 2011 Stayed in one of the Ricoh's excellent pitch side rooms. Trip to Cathedral and very good Transport Museum Great game Top weekend. Could have done without the fire alarm in the stadium late Sat night though !
