Jesus, come on guys - please sort this out. It's bad enough on a match day, but for it to be creaking under the strain on deadline day is pretty ****ty.

 

When we actually sign Beckford/Maynard/Rodriquez/Johnson/Jemal/Killgallon/Ridgewell the site will explode.

Please do not have a go at the Administrators who are working hard behind the scenes (in their own time) to sort this out. They don't get paid for this, all the fivers go somewhere but not to them.

 

I appreciate it, totally, but they've been saying ''we'll sort something soon'' for over a year. Whilst people that pay are getting a useless forum really.

 

When you need to/want to use it, it's totally worthless. Not sure why i renewed tbh.

For 1.36 pence per day it's a shocking service

 

To be honest it's not the money - but it is shocking and it's not a new thing either. The fact we're paying for it does grate a bit but I get the impression charging us 20 quid or 50 quid wouldn't sort it out. It's been an issue for ages and seems to get worse not better.....

Shock horror, server that is being replaced soon (hopefully this/next week - timing out of my control) struggles with more than 750 people constantly loading pages and pressing F5.

 

I do get rather tired of the same old faces (who don't contribute themselves and never have done) complaining and saying "everyone demand their money back!! mash mash mash" - you know who you are. No problem facing questions/criticism from those who have actually contributed.

Great customer relations skills you have there Steve. You've been saying it'd be better for years now, and it never is, so you can hardly blame your customers for complaining.

Quite obviously aimed at me. Why would people not complain and ask for their money back when you have had as long as you have to get it right? Ask yourself this would you put up with such shocking service if you were paying for it? Why don't you take a look at the many forums on the internet that do not seem to experience the issues you have yet they have many more members and visitors? Take it on the chin Steve I thought better of you and your response is dismissive and poor at best. Also so what if I do not contribute I have made it clear why I won't in the past so why would I go there again. I have also not commented on a thread like this for yonks yet they appear on this forum most Saturdays so please vent your annoyance at your provider and server instead of in my direction ta.

I do appreciate all the effort the voulenteers put in but we are a professional eam are we not so is it too much to ask for a forum that you can post on? we all expect things to slow down a little at peak times like on any site but frankly we have been promised are money goes to gettting a bigger and more reliable server yet it never happens as customers we do have the right to know where are money went? can anyone answere that? again thanks to the voulenteers that put there effort in free of charge
