Swindon Town Match / Reaction Thread

He got a lot of stick on here last season, but he's had many positive reviews so far this season. Sounds like he had a torrid time against Vassell and Schlupp at the weekend, but no such pace in the Swindon front line tonight thankfully.

I think its a tad naive thinking that we're not going to play anyone with pace this season up front, and that everytime we do we're going to get torn to bits. I dont mind Seabourne that much but I dont particularly rate him.

then again we're not unduly concerned about how adequate he is against Swindon, how he does against the big experience, big price tag strikers in the NPC is the concern.Dismal against the guile of Vassell.

I don't think he'll cut it as first-choice in the Championship, but he's a decent back-up. He's meant to be pretty quick, but he's not very agile and gets turned inside-out by anyone with a bit of pace and trickery. Not his biggest fan, but until we sign somebody better we've got to stick by him.

Okay ... man up and take your punishment for that .... 10 lines ..... I love Tony Blair.

Luckily the happy clappy hands weren't available or it could have been worse!!

I checked and they weren't.:x

But I have found a suitable alternative for the next goal.....

The minority swindon match thread has only 6 posts. y

should we all nip over there and say hello?

If everyone keeps banging on and on about transfers & Seaborne think we all should, FFS there are enough threads about that already.

We seem to be keeping possession but not quite being clinical around the box

That rubbish winger who so poor - what's his name? Oh yeah, Holmes. He provided the assist which was so good Guly hardly had to move.

Ah, and then there's that rubbish Johnno Quick - he's scored. Whatever next?

Seaborne, headed hattrick.
