Why the "fun" stuff gets taken out of playgrounds..

The older members here may remember when parks had fun stuff to play on. Merry go rounds, flying foxes, 12 meter hi forts etc. None of this namby pamby stuff they have today, like swings with plastic round the chains, and a nice soft bed of bark to land on.

Well, here's why that stuff has gone:
