Niklas Bendtner...

Bendtner's apparent self belief is extremely "undanish" if there is such a thing. But I think this is positive from a striker - no goal drought can get him down...

One year ago I would have said that Bendtner was way to good for us with goals like this:

Now he seems to have gone of the boil and looks rather ordinary. If he was to recapture his form he is actually a very good striker...

3 pages on complete tosh.

1) He would not drop outside the Premier League

2) He would upset the team balance we have by thinking he is better than everyone

3) His attitude stinks

4) IT JUST WILL NOT HAPPEN, and I would not want it to.

I'd love to know how you know this, as I know for a fact Bendtner's given reason for changing his number to 52 (from something sensible) was "because it is a special number for me" and no more detail than that was given.

It does seem feasible though, he is his own biggest fan, and really not very good. I think Kenwyne's a better striker for a start...

He said that 52 referred to his wage in an interview!!

And I just know that he is a ****

To be fair there's probably only half a page of that the rest is all bollock's.

looking at his (Bendtner's) impressive goal record - and having seen him play - does convince me that he has real ability, and may respond better to Nigel's " more enthusiastic " manner, than Wenger's rather boring, downbeat attitude.

Do I think it's a possible deal ? - most unlikely, but one never knows.

After watching " twice-crowned " European Footballer of the Year - Kevin Keegan - sign for Saints in 1980, nothing would surprise me.

IF it's a possibility and Nigel pulls it off, he'd take one step closer to taking over the Lawrie Mac mantle of top Saints manager.

As for this thread...I'm glad I didn't take the time to read all of the other 115 contributions about it ..

Meanwhile ...I'm going for coffee, if anyone signs whilst I'm away - mail me, someone. !
