Viking Warrior Posted 22 August, 2011 Share Posted 22 August, 2011 I was browsing Theo Walcotts book at glasgow airport this morning. This is stuff on saints and talks about an incident on the team bus re dennis wise and a later incident. The club apparently phoned his dad to tell them about wise's antics. seemed to like Prost . but I dont think he was impressed with redkrapp I was very disappointed not to see walcott in a saints strip in the book mostly arse and some in england strip Anybody read the full book? Viking Warrior Posted 22 August, 2011 Author Share Posted 22 August, 2011 Apparently walcott was listening to his iPod when wise told him to make the lads t on the coach Walcott refused in case he spilt hot t on himself or in the coach his dad got to hear about it and the club were apologetic. A short time later at stapleford Walcott miss hit a shot that broke a window sending glass everywhere wise was inside and had shards of glass in his legs . He came out fuming looking for the culprit Walcott owned up and wise backed down . Clearly wise had been spoken to by the club . I got the impression Walcott was a precocious little boy who could do very little wrong especially with an over protective father . I've not read all the book as it is mainly about arsenal . Ohio Saint Posted 22 August, 2011 Share Posted 22 August, 2011 If this book does not publish his report cards from junior school and an account of the his first encounter with the school nurse, then I won't be reading it. Screw that. I won't be reading it anyway.
