Millwall D**ks

My Mrs and my boy were spat at and had objects thrown at them in London Rd by some D**ks claiming to be the "Bushwackers" I tried to sort it and was told by a Polish PCSO Female Orifiser to leave Area before I get Arrested and was pushed over the road away from my Family.

Sick...

I don`t blame the silly Millwall fans but the Police should look at their PC training methods

Oh and before I am accused of anything I did ask said PCSO her Nationality.

not racist but

The one phrase that implies anything but... Nonsensical argument by the way - PCSOs take so much flak that anybody willing to step up gets the nod from me. So long as they can communciate adequately what's the chuffing problem? The nationality of the PCSO isn't relevant to the scenario anyway.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, completely needless. There was certainly plenty of it about today, although I didn't realise their so-called fans had spread that far around (went to The Alex after the game and only spotted one Millwall fan on the way). You've got to hope that the police will deal more efficiently with escorting 'trouble team' supporters away from the ground in future. Just don't hold your breath.

Polish PSCO shouldn't be aloud IMO i am not racist but in the USA your not allowed to be involved in the police unless your a american citizen shame rules should be applied here in the UK.

Apart from your grammar, spelling and punctuation; your post is superb except for the fact that it is complete and utter rubbish. The Police in the USA wouldn't exist if it weren't for immigrants. (New York, Irish ring a bell?)

I'm sorry!? This is a fundamental problem with our society, people seem so desperate to blame the police/the government ahead of all else

Wow, some posters do get hot under the collar. Sammysaint is right, you can be Irish, Spanish, Italian, in fact any nationality, but you have to be an American citizen. If you don't become an 'American' you are classed as illegal.

The Polish PCSO is a citizen of the European Union therefore is entitled to her position as a PCSO, HTH

Hang on...just to clarify - Your child and partner had things thrown at them by moronic yobs, yet you don't blame them? But you do have beef with the PCSO who told you to leave so you wouldn't get arrested? I'm sure she didn't deliberately separate you and your family. [/i]

Managed to avoid any of the trouble yesterday at SMS...went for the walkway and moved as fast as possible.

Oddly, witnessed a scrap between a Millwall and Newscastle fan in the Encore pub afterwards.

My favourite moment though was an otherwise very pleasant Saints fan who was regaling me with a story that began with the wonderful phrase "I'm not agrophobic about poofters, but...."

I immediately said that he was very open-minded. As lots of people find large gatherings of gay people in open spaces hard to cope with.

He was rather non-plussed...

How would you have 'sorted it', against several Millwall fans? Asked them to give your family first aid? Demanded reparations? Or do you think something less savoury would have ensued? Top marks to the PCSO, i think.

Good idea, lets model ourselves on the police force of the USA. They really know how to do things right.

And not forgetting them being spat at by said yobs, but he doesn't blame the yobs he blames the police officer who probably prevented him from receiving a kicking (if I understand his terminology of 'going to sort it out' correctly).

Incredible!!

Have they stopped enlisting 'Commonwealth' recruits then?

Even if they have, there must be some of them still serving.

The ones I served with were primarily from Caribbean countries: Jamaica, Barbados, etc.

No they haven't. There are loads of Fijian's in the Army. They're normally out on a Thursday in Andover looking for a row. They're big b*stards as well so they normally struggle in finding someone willing to fight them.

I believe they are being trained to take part in operation human shield. ;)

(I'm not a Daily Mail reader, it's a joke from a film).

This is not true. I have a "green card" and I am not termed an "illegal immigrant". I am termed a Permanent Resident, and have all the rights of an American citizen, except serving in the armed forces, be on a jury, vote, or become President. So no real loss there then.

Lol.

You'd have thought he'd be more worried about being with a large gathering of gay people in a confined space to be honest!

Is the Navy different to the rest of the Forces then? We'd be in a bit of a mess without all the commonwealth recruits to the Army especially. I'd rather have the gurkhas on my side than against me, personally.

Come to think of it, there were a fair few foreigners in Nelson's navy at Trafalgar in 'the good old days'.

Slagging off people doing extremely difficult and sometimes dangerous jobs in difficult circumstances from behind the comfort of your keyboard. That'll help.

bit like people passing comment and judgement on the handbags at SMS on saturday whilst they had spent Sat afternoon on the match thread
