Sub £100 Graphics Card needed for compact HP Computer.

Fingers crossed someone on here is willing to help.

 

I currently own a year old HP computer of this spec:

 

All I want is something that will allow for the graphics on Football Manager 2011+ to run effectively on a 14" screen and allow for simulataneuous use of FM and video playback on my HD 32" tele. (The computer already has a HDMI output from it's integrated graphics card.)

 

I have a budget of £100, but the cheaper the better. Thanks to anyone willing to help.
