Squad news Ins: Lallana has travelled as have Euell and Schneiderlin, who played for the reserves in midweek. Outs: John and Bart obviously. Thomas and Holmes still injured, Killer will be at least another week. Lancashire suspended. Gasmi apparently not ready yet. Smith not in squad either. Skacel will play at left back(probably until January) Unless MS is supposed to read Mills I'm not sure that the club aren't thoroughly disappointed by Pekhart and want shot of him.
