Redondo Saint Posted 16 August, 2011 Posted 16 August, 2011 Let's not get suicidal if the scoreline is not in our favour tonight! The wheels will remain firmly attached to the bus whatever happens. You know who you are. ;0

Fan The Flames Posted 16 August, 2011 Posted 16 August, 2011 If we lose, and whenever we lose, there'll be people overreacting. They'll say it highlights a need for new signings. At some point one of them will suggest this during a game because we concede a goal, but we'll actually go on to win said game. They'll also write off our season at least 15 times, and once in September. That's the problem with our negative chaps, not very imaginative. Yawn
Norm Posted 16 August, 2011 Posted 16 August, 2011 3 - 1 Saints as per Norm. always do :-) Thanks for the mention but I have it as 1-1.

sperm_john Posted 16 August, 2011 Posted 16 August, 2011 if we win tonight and saturday = too good to be true?
SNSUN Posted 16 August, 2011 Posted 16 August, 2011 if we win tonight and saturday = too good to be true? Well it'd be true, so it'd be good. Win tonight and Saturday and we'd become the team to beat - people would tighten up against us.
Doctoroncall Posted 16 August, 2011 Posted 16 August, 2011 (edited) Well it'd be true, so it'd be good. Win tonight and Saturday and we'd become the team to beat - people would tighten up against us. Didn't QPR start well last season and maintain it. After Millwall it's Leicester, Forest and Birmingham. All teams that have expectations to do well so it may not be any tightening up for a while yet. Edited 16 August, 2011 by Doctoroncall
