Razor - No not painful, just be careful not to cut the scrotum.

 

Best way is to stretch the scrotum out so the layer is smooth then shave off

Im not letting my Mrs loose with Scissors around Mr Woody and his two ball boys! She is probably harbouring some deep revengeful thoughts about how I once didnt make any comment on a new dress she was wore or notice the second she walked in 3 years ago that she had slightly died 4 strands of hair a different shade of the same colour!
