Colinjb Posted 11 August, 2011 Share Posted 11 August, 2011 Not the greatest of draws for us. Would have preferred home banker or glam away trip. I dissagree, it's a winable game and a chance to progress. Probably the best draw we could have hoped for.
bpsaint Posted 11 August, 2011 Share Posted 11 August, 2011 Hope it turns out to be Swindon away, just to lay the ghost of the last 2 pathetic performances there to rest.
shurlock Posted 11 August, 2011 Share Posted 11 August, 2011 Hope it turns out to be Swindon away, just to lay the ghost of the last 2 pathetic performances there to rest. They'll probably do us again and we'll put in an even more lacklustre shift.

doddisalegend Posted 12 August, 2011 Share Posted 12 August, 2011 Swindon please - all those losses to them hurt the last two seasons. Last seasons game at home helped but it would be nice to go to their place and thump them good and proper a lay the ghosts to rest.
Chez Posted 12 August, 2011 Share Posted 12 August, 2011 Nice draw. Who wants to travel miles for a midweek away game these days?

Mattio Posted 12 August, 2011 Share Posted 12 August, 2011 TBH what would of been a good draw? Bristol City in the cup was the first away game I ever attended!
Alain Perrin Posted 12 August, 2011 Share Posted 12 August, 2011 Nice draw, specially if Swindon win, can walk to the game from work. According to BBC web site BC v Swindon is on 24 August, the day after we are due to play the winners. Interesting idea. Perhaps we will play each for 45 minutes :-) Same for me. There are very few compensations for working in Swindon's town centre!
