Saint in Paradise Posted 10 August, 2011 Posted 10 August, 2011 In about 45 minutes we have to go out on a 100 mile trip along country roads, it is raining quite hard and large trucks use this road as a short cut. We have the choice of 2 vehicles, a brand new SUV with all the bells and whistles re safety and an 11 year old Astra which only has 2 air bags. Which one would you take ? My wife wants to take the Astra in case someone crashes into us and damages the new one

I also don't like "SUV" but wrote that as I thought people would recognise it. Well after a short "chat" we agreed to take the new vehicle thank goodness.
