Colourbox - The Official Colourbox World Cup Theme

Their one and only album from 1985 was a gem. Don't think they ever played live as the vocalist, Lorita Grahame, couldn' t handle it.

After "Pump up the Volume" they folded as a result of all the writs and legal costs that record got them.

Them Crooked Vuktures - Mind Eraser, No Chaser (Tis OK, basically "late era" QOTSA with a touch of "debut album era" Foos)

Steve Conte & The Crazy Truth - Eponymous (very good stuff, Steve is the guitar player in the New York Dolls. Good bluesy rock album)

Biffy Clyro - Only Revolutions

*jizzes in pants*

Not the same as the earlier albums, certainly more Puzzle than Blackened Sky, but I love it all the same. You can definitely hear some Marmaduke Duke creeping in to some of the songs too, notably 'Born On A Horse' and 'Know Your Quarry'. Some 'fans' are already *****ing that they've gone too mainstream and gotten worse over the last few years, but I don't see that. They are still a fantastic band imo.

Anyone go and see them at Guildhall last month?
