Rattlehead Posted 31 July, 2009 Share Posted 31 July, 2009 Some chap called William DuVall. Don't know where he came from. I was inclined to agree re Layne but apparently they are superb with DuVall and their new album, due out in a few months, is allegedly brilliant. AIC was always about Cantrell anyway. Jury's out for me, obviously, but I still can't wait to see them.

SuperMikey Posted 2 August, 2009 Share Posted 2 August, 2009 New Arctic Monkeys album 'Humbug' leaked today onto the internet - I suggest downloading it quickly before it disappears! On first listen it's quite good, I shall report back properly after a good listen through.

Pancake Posted 4 August, 2009 Share Posted 4 August, 2009 The new Wildhearts single, "The Only One". Its, er, different for them. Scott wrote it and sings it, no Ginger. Sounds like something off the Dawson's Creak soundtrack, Goo Goo Dolls circa 1998. Almost Avril Lavigne-esque.

DuVall was great as well. 3 new songs, all of which sounded good to me - I will definitely be getting the new album in September and seeing them next time round.
