'God Help The Girl' - side project by Stuart Murdoch from Belle & Sebastian. Fabulous.

 

SNAP. Thats on in my car as well. I can also recomend "The Phenomenal Handclap Band" another Radcliffe and Marconie favourite.

James - Hey Ma. I'm liking very much.

 

 

Its a cracking album. A quick search of my posts will reveal that Im a little bit obsessed with this band.

 

Ive seen James live about 20 times...

 

I own the dress that Tim Booth is wearing on the cover of "Laid"

 

As i said...."a little obsessed" :rolleyes:

The Ruts are great, some top songs on that album. I reckon they would have gone on to do big things had Owen not died, shame. I think they are one of the most underrated bands of that era.

Classic album. Firmly in my top 10 of all time, second best hip-hop album ever and definitely their best.

 

Can't believe MCA has cancer. They were my idols as a teenager.

 

I reckon Ill Communication tops Paul's Boutique.

An excellent return to form IMHO. Always had a soft spot for James and this is my fave album since Gold Mother.
