jeff leopard Posted 18 November, 2008 Share Posted 18 November, 2008 The entire works of Daft Punk. Au revoir. Have they split? Futurheads - Futurheads. played it for the first time in years on Sunday and, apart from 1 or 2 tracks which would have been better off on an ep or b-side, it still sounds amazing. Clark - Body Riddle. Clark is my fave warp artist and maker of weird and wonderful electronica. I wasn't too blown away by this album when it came out a couple of years ago but after a long break I put it on and it sounded amazing. I've played it at least once a day for the last week or so and it keeps pushing all my buttons. Squarepusher - Go Plastic. Its as rude as. Fela Kuti - Zombie/LA sessions. Pure bliss from king of afro-beat and fearless political activist.

Pancake Posted 21 November, 2008 Share Posted 21 November, 2008 Guns N Roses - Chinese Democracy Well, its got a hell of a lot of hopes to live up to, and on first listen it really isnt grabbing me all that much. Im going to stick it and give it a few listens today in a hope it is actually the album Ive been wanting all these years. The funny thing is, I think that if I had got hold of this album in, say, 1995 I would have ****ing loved it to bits.

Whilst not being a great album, a few of the songs a good enough to have stuck in my head over the weekend. When you start humming a song that youve only heard 3 times, I think thats a good sign...
