I used to worry about it. Saints used to be a priority in my life, but sudden deaths of close relatives changed my perspective somewhat and I realised, perhaps a bit too late, that it is indeed "just a game" and I used to berate people who pointed it out to me.

Saints have over the years provided me with some extraordinary highs and lows, but I have put things firmly in perspective now and if they lose, hey, **** happens.

Depends how we lose, can be in a very bad mood for a few hours, and gets worse if any Derby fans mention it to me at work.

Win and smiling for ages. After Brighton and Plymouth away last season, nothing could knock me off my perch.

I think I am mellowing, I used to get really worked up after a defeat, but that was when I went to every game. I still get upset when we lose, but level will depend on how we lose. But I shake it off really quickly. Win and I am really on a high until the next game, and I am still on a high from the promotion!!

Defeat hurts, but I have far to much going on with my life, busy at work, busy at home, a growing family. The close season has flown by, but I still cannot wait for Saturday, like a child on Christmas Eve!! COYR!!!!
