It's a complete scam.

 

Completely targetted at teenagers and youngsters who aren't old to drink in a pub. It has an alcopop taste, whilst blowing the brains out of the younger drinkers. The marketing of 5 pound a can is that one can for that amount has a designer label feel, but then you can get wasted off just one.
