Fowllyd Posted 18 July, 2011 Posted 18 July, 2011 Are there any mortgage advisers on here these days? I could use a little advice on such things...
benjii Posted 18 July, 2011 Posted 18 July, 2011 I am thinking about getting a mortgage. I am not a mortgage advisor though, sorry.
hamster Posted 18 July, 2011 Posted 18 July, 2011 Th property market is a buyers delight if you've got the reddies atm. On the downside not so good for sellers like me who just had a drawn out sale collapse. Other irons in the fire though and still got a roof over our heads. Wouldn't want anyone tripping up on my advice on an internet forum but recently had a very wealthy relative share a secret that has been the source of his (literally) millionaire status. BTL's are in again but interest only an absolute must.

Saint in Paradise Posted 19 July, 2011 Posted 19 July, 2011 Isn't Bridgey a mortgage expert ? and before anyone suggests him Junction9 isn't an expert on mortgages.
SO16_Saint Posted 19 July, 2011 Posted 19 July, 2011 Isn't Bridgey a mortgage expert ? and before anyone suggests him Junction9 isn't an expert on mortgages. Morning!! I was indeed a mortgage adviser - until the company I worked for went bust. I still keep my hand in and have good contacts so if I can help, send me a PM with the question and I'll do my best.... Or give you a pointer in the right direction. Hamster - did Jon get hold of you??
