Oh, it's not at all.

I was fully expecting a local person called Bruno to turn up and give us two ice sculptures. Nothing strange at all.

It could also be described as a nice video. As Frazer said he is a lovely bloke.

Forte scored some nice goals in the other video, if his finishing improves due to his pace think he could be a very good sub. Felt sorry for harding with that cold water being poured on him!

Certainly did. He Looked quite good in that footage. I thought it was Chaplow who the water went over???

Was nice to hear what Frazer had to say. For those that don't have Saints Player, it was Bruno (the ice sculptor) who took Frazer to hospital when he dislocated his shoulder last year.

Sorry, don't believe that our pre-season is what we need (yet again).

Clearly the training routines - ice baths and gentle jogging (Day 1 video) simply are not up to the levels needed to reach the top.

Until I see our team using the latest techniques it'll just be another sluggish start.

THIS is how you should train

I had to laugh at the off camera comment 'Tom? Tom ain't got the strength to hold that!'

There is only one Tom on the squad I presume?

I think they were talking about Tom Coull, Sibley's dog's body.
