Matthew Le God Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 (edited) Some interesting bits and bobs from the 2011/12 brochure. A lot more on offer than in League One and at higher prices due to more exposure. Should Saints get back to the Premier League all of these will shoot up even further. Maybe tie up a £400m sponsorship deal like Man City did (unless UEFA stop them) . http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/staticFiles/69/7e/0,,10280~163433,00.pdf TV facing perimeter boards £5,000 per season + VAT Non TV facing perimeter boards £2,000 per season + VAT Crowd facing perimeter boards £900 per season + VAT Raised advertising boards £5,000 per season + VAT Company name on stewards Jackets £20,000 per season + VAT Company name on segregation netting £10,000 per season + VAT Exterior wall posters £10,000 per season + VAT Match Sponsorship Prices start from £2,950 + VAT per match Match Ball Sponsorship Prices start from £2,500 + VAT per match Half page advert Matchday Programme £9,000 per season/£600 per match + VAT Full page advert Matchday Programme £15,000 per season/£900 per match + VAT Inside front/Back page Matchday Programme £18,000 per season + VAT Static big screen adverts will be shown a minimum of 6 times during the matchday reaching a captive audience. £8,000 per season or £500 per match + VAT Big screen corner sponsorship: Your advert will be shown every time the ball goes out of play for a corner as well as a minimum of 6 times during the matchday. £8,000 per season + VAT Big screen substitution sponsorship: Your advert will be shown every time there is a substitution as well as the PA announcing your sponsorship with every substitution. £10,000 per season + VAT Big screen injury time sponsorship: Your advert will be shown every time there is a stoppage in play for injury. £12,000 per season + VAT Big screen matchday highlights: Your company will sponsor the highlights from previous matches used in VT’s during the matchday show, pre match. £6,000 per season + VAT EXECUTIVE BOX PRICES Central Boxes £34,500 + VAT for 10 people 23 npower Championship league games Wing Boxes £31,000 + VAT for 10 people 23 npower Championship league games Wing Boxes £25,500 + VAT for 6 people 23 npower Championship league games Day of Game £1,650 + VAT per box GOLD PACKAGE PRICES Seasonal rate £2,650 + VAT per person 23 npower Championship league games Day of game £150 + VAT per person SILVER PACKAGE PRICES Day of game rate £95 + VAT per person Edited 11 July, 2011 by Matthew Le God

Colinjb Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 How does this compare with past rates? In particular the rates we had back at Premier league level and championship level last time out.
benjii Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 Ahh!!! Substitution sponsorship! I hate that. But, I am not an infantile gimp so I won't have a paddy about it.
Crab Lungs Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 Static big screen adverts will be shown a minimum of 6 times during the matchday reaching a captive audience. £8,000 per season or £500 per match + VAT Probably exercising a bit of a creative freedom with that line. Captive audience, really?

Mozz Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 I know revenue shouldn't be shunned but a few of those are depressingly tacky, particularly: Big screen substitution sponsorship: Your advert will be shown every time there is a substitution as well as the PA announcing your sponsorship with every substitution. £10,000 per season + VAT Company name on segregation netting £10,000 per season + VAT Exterior wall posters £10,000 per season + VAT
Andoverian Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 I thought we were in a recession. What business is going to pay these prices. I watch with interest.
saintmatt Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 TV facing perimeter boards £5,000 per season + VAT That's a bargain - I always assumed the TV-facing boards were far more expensive!

stevegrant Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 TV facing perimeter boards £5,000 per season + VAT That's a bargain - I always assumed the TV-facing boards were far more expensive! Especially considering that's half what it costs to stick your company's logo on the segregation netting I really hope there are no takers for the substitution sponsor

saintmatt Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 NOT If we are only on twice this season You forget the Football League show and the fact extended highlights of each match are available to stream direct from the BBC website for a period afterwards (granted only in the UK). Matthew Le God Posted 11 July, 2011 Author Share Posted 11 July, 2011 (edited) NOT If we are only on twice this season Saints already have three TV games in the first three months of the season. Bound to have more later on. Edited 11 July, 2011 by Matthew Le God
Mozz Posted 11 July, 2011 Share Posted 11 July, 2011 Can understand the segregation netting being more costly. Give that there is likely to be more away fans for each game than in League 1 the netting will probably be in block 43 which means a prominant placement for every highlight of an attack at the Northam. This .. Leeds, West Ham, Millwall, Cardiff, Battery Chuckers, add in Forest and Brighton; I for one will be disappointed if the 'netting' isn't featured at least once on the Nine O'Clock News. The9 Posted 12 July, 2011 Share Posted 12 July, 2011 Ahh!!! Substitution sponsorship! I hate that. But, I am not an infantile gimp so I won't have a paddy about it. Aaaaargh, I hate it I hate it I hate it I hate it. So that's covered that off. Sooooooooooooooooooooo grasping and small-time mentality. I also hate music after goals, and stupid flag waving. And enforced handshakes, but all of those are desperate big-time mentality pieces of idiocy, so we haven't got to complaining about those yet. Any mention of how much Car Park barrier sponsorship is worth ?

The9 Posted 12 July, 2011 Share Posted 12 July, 2011 Could we have a forum whip round and get 'You dirty skate bastards, we're coming for you' on the segregation netting? At the current rate of banning members we'd have to hope they drop the price to about £20.
Bucks Saint Posted 12 July, 2011 Share Posted 12 July, 2011 Surprised not to see hot dog plastic wrapper sponsorship on offer. One for a gym, or maybe Boots?
Macey_J2 Posted 12 July, 2011 Share Posted 12 July, 2011 Could we have a forum whip round and get 'You dirty skate bastards, we're coming for you' on the segregation netting? Im doin this and will buy many other of the spaces available, filling them with random messages if i win the euromillz tonight. I also find the idea of calling out a substitution sponsor very cringey.
