I think you can be pretty sure that there is no truth in that last statement.

But Saints (for the first team at least), I believe were over those two days and at Solent University. Adkins confirms most of that in a recent interview with the BBC. I think the plausibility of him being fitter than the entire Bournemouth squad warrants some scepticism that he is also our least fit player.

I am not even close to being ITK....not even remotely, but anyone that sticks their head up gets shot down. Quite a few of the "better" players aren't turning out on Tuesday, so picking a few youngsters and oldies (was thinking you could be one of the oldies LOL). Was it their race night??? Where did they have it??? Got back from trip in muddle of the night so was in no fit state to go out!!!!! Didn't want to post the fitness test gossip as (a) didnt want to compromise whatshisname and (b) negative stuff isnt liked on here LOL

If our least fit player is fitter than the entire Bournemouth squad then that is remarkably positive (albeit stonkingly hard to believe).
