St Landrew Posted 23 October, 2008 Share Posted 23 October, 2008 Gotta be homemade tuna and mayo. Not shop ones because they always have sweetcorn and I hate sweetcorn. Missed by a mile being first to the homemade tuna comment. Got to admit though, thick Tuna and Mayonaise [Helmanns preferably], between slices of mixed seed bread, with fresh cracked black pepper, is absolutely bloody wonderful. As is a homemade BLT, with the same care taken over the ingredients. Shop bought sandwiches are wishy-washy affairs generally, or with far too much relative salt and fat in them to give them flavour. dubai_phil Posted 23 October, 2008 Share Posted 23 October, 2008 Subway, white or Sesame. gentle squirt of extra mayo, then simply Tuna, Tomato & a sprinkling of Jalapeno's. Take away and grind fresh black pepper on it and a shake of salt Which is ALMOST as good as HOT Crispy Fried Bacon with fried onions and mushrooms in a thick sliced cobb with lashings of HP Sauce but we'd done the bacon stuff before so....
