Hatch Posted 7 July, 2011 Share Posted 7 July, 2011 has this now become Sky Go, and a whole lot worse? The viewing screen is a whole lot smaller and You can now only register 2 PCs instead of
angelman Posted 7 July, 2011 Share Posted 7 July, 2011 agree, it's a pain in the backside and a step backwards. Why change it if it wasn't broken? Why not use the pop out screen? Might have to allow pop ups but then on an extended desk top, at least you can view it in full screen without it minimising the whole time. stevegrant Posted 7 July, 2011 Share Posted 7 July, 2011 The pop-out screen is an improvement on the old Sky Player system, as you can then resize the video to however big you want it, rather than being stuck with either the fixed size they gave you or full-screen. However, the reduction to 2 PCs is ****.

stevegrant Posted 7 July, 2011 Share Posted 7 July, 2011 How? If you hover over the small video player that pops up on the normal TV guide page, in the bottom-right corner there are two options, one for full-screen and one for a pop-out player. You'll need to make sure whatever popup blocker your browser uses is disabled for that page, and then click the pop-out player button. It'll load a popup window, which you can resize to whatever size suits you.
Hatch Posted 8 July, 2011 Author Share Posted 8 July, 2011 i got the pop up bit, it's the resizing bit i can't do. Normally hovering over the corner of the pop up and dragging it bigger is what i do, but i don't get that option.
