Hilariously, the Welsh and Scottish FA have reacted to this news in somewhat contrary fashion, claiming that no such agreement exists

But the BOA are only claiming that the agreement is with the (English) FA. No doubt the BOA would have liked to reach agreement with the other FA's, but if they refused to help run \ GB team, what else were the BOA to do.

I would also like to point out that the BOA have not reached agreement with me, nor have they reached agreement with the RFU, the ICC, the Papua New Guinea FA or the Eton Fives Association.

Don't see why it matters to the Scots anyway, none of their players would get in the squad anyway.

Wouldn't say that - Darren Fletcher is Man Utd's best CM, Craig Gordon is probably the best keeper outside the Top 6 in the Prem, Steven Fletcher is a good solid striker and then there's youngsters like John Fleck, Danny Wilson and David Goodwillie who are about the same standard as most of the players in the England U21's & U19's. English clubs tend to have much better quality youth academies, which is a bit of a shame really.
