GenevaSaint Posted 20 June, 2011 Posted 20 June, 2011 Disgraceful though, he's now "innocent" of any charges and FIFA can close ranks.
hypochondriac Posted 20 June, 2011 Posted 20 June, 2011 Why not have the investigation anyway? Corrupt tw*ts
Saint in Paradise Posted 10 July, 2011 Posted 10 July, 2011 Qatar 'whistleblower' in U-turn The "whistleblower" behind a series of corruption allegations involving Fifa executive committee members and Qatar's 2022 World Cup bid tells the BBC she fabricated the claims. She insists she was placed under no pressure or paid any money by Qatar 2022 to change her story. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/14098944.stm If you believed her first story I suppose you should believe her latest one as well. However I am cynical and just because she says she wasn't directly put under pressure she hasn't said no-one friendly to her was not approached. I probably read to many fiction thrillers .
