Liquidshokk Posted 16 June, 2011 Posted 16 June, 2011 Might be a stupid question but who decides on the fixtures and what is the decision based on? Is the list created around any kind of logic in terms of difficulty of opposition or travelling distance?! Or is it just random like cup draws...

Considering the "festive" fixtures, boxing day etc..... things seem a little too co-ordinated to be random, but I doubt there is any true logic there, it is the football league after all.

I think it's one of those annoying technical things where they have to announce the original date...they can't just use common sense and arrange a "safe" kick off time from the start of the season.
