I think the "Markus Liebherr Development Centre" (or whatever) would be a fitting memorial that really encapsulates his legacy and the project he and Nicola embarked on.

Seems the most fitting way to me. It's basically his money that is building that training ground, lets name it after the great man!

I'm not sure a statue at the training ground is the best idea, as very few will get to see it. I'd like to see something at the stadium where it is more noticable. Personally I'd like to see a stand named after Markus.

Rename the Kingsland the Ted Bates stand, the Itchen the Markus Liebherr stand and make player of the season the Ted Bates trophy with an annual Markus Liebherr trophy.
