He sounds like he's going to be out of his depth, but good luck to him for trying.

 

If that really is the case I'd be far more concerned about the person employing him.....(and I doubt it was NC-not exactly high enough!)

He's only 23,so as far as conferencing co-ordinators go, I'd say he's one for the future.

 

We need strength in depth,even in the catering department FFS.

My only problem with that is the fact some of our best conferencing co-ordinators have previously looked to leave the academy to co=ordinate conferences at The Emirates etc.

In what way is this thread "exclusive".

 

Doesn't exclusive mean "uniquely covered here"

I don't normally claim to be ITK but a good connection of mine in the catering trade reckons our next big signing will be French, a highly regarded Chef de cuisine.

 

Surprised with his other connections Cortese does not bring in some Italian waiters as well.

As Saints are shopping for staff in the west country with this guy from Exeter City, I've heard Torquay United have a good Spanish waiter.

I hope this means we can also attract some of Exeters most promising programme sellers as well. I understand they have a reputation for producing the finest ones in league one.

Itailan , French , English ? Simple solution would be to get in Marco Pierre White .

Best of luck to him. He's doing well for a 23 year old so the club must see potential in him. It'll be higher pressure at Saints but he's probably at the age when it's less of an issue putting in the extra hours in a more demanding environment.
