Fond memories of the 90's

The 90s seem like a world away now. I remember my first modem. 14Kbs. Awesome. AOL: 'you got mail'. And newsgroups! Compuserve... mmmm compuserve!

Oh, and Matt Le Tiss.

The 90s were ok. Until that knob-head Blair pitched up. What a plonka. Money-grubbing, war-mongering weasel.

The Nineties. The decade that saw teenage Colinjb emerge.

Sega Megadrives, Sony Playstations, Damon Hill taking the fight to Schumacher, Margate FC growing and progressing nicely under the management of Chris Kinnear and Matt Le Tissier at his best.

It was crucially the decade that saw my family move to Hampshire and allowed me to become hopelessly entwined with Saints. For better or worse.

Happy days.

post em here.....

ahh...back in the day....loved it

Hate the beat in track 1 - totally ruined and some **** is talking over it. Take the tune at 3.30 - great tune ruined by the speed and wtf is that idiot talking over the top of it for? At 5 mins it's how it should be then that **** starts talking again.

Good tune again at 6.0 and still that tw/t is talking over it.

That said liked the tunes but not the DJ, prefered seduction, slipmatt etc.

Also liked a bit of Trance back in the day, but mainly old school house - favourite DJ was Judge Jules.

Always bought Mix Mag.

Dune, with posting a Levellers tune, you are at risk of letting your mask slip, and being discovered to be a closet crusty / tree hugger :

I always hated this tune. Seeing the video for the first time I hate even more now.

I bet it was one of the liberal Elites favourites.

I saw in Primary school, so I don't remember a lot. Goldeneye on the Nintendo 64 was pretty good. There was Matt Le Tiss and his inexplicable exclusion from the England squad. Jurrasic Park was released. So were the Home Alone films. Damon Hill, he was good too. Simon Cowell hadn't been invented, altough we couldn't actually appreciate that at the time. Then on the downside we had Babylon Zoo.

Not bad overall.

I chipped in with 2 mates to buy a Playstation for £300. Far better than the nintendo 64.
