CB Saint Posted 6 June, 2014 Share Posted 6 June, 2014 Go to McDonalds for their coffee. It tastes different than UK McDonalds coffee but it's the only kind I drink. The coffe in Einstein bagels is nice
KelvinsRightGlove Posted 6 June, 2014 Share Posted 6 June, 2014 Thats the deal i got Is this legit? I wouldn't mind getting in on that. If you are ever in Central London, Monmouth Coffee off Seven Dials is the absolute one.

Yes legit. Got 2 from it. Not bad machines, coffee is good but not on par with a moka or a decent cafetiere. Nice range of coffees (and tea as well) to choose from. Guy Posted 6 June, 2014 Share Posted 6 June, 2014 Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans and an Aeropress (which is easily the best coffee gadget ever) plus a dash of milk. Probably cheaper than buying Nespresso capsules as well as being nicer (unless you like frothy milky faux coffee drinks)

Monmouth are the best coffee shop I have ever used. I used to use the one by Borough Market. Stove top coffee machine for me or the single cup filter I bought from Monmouth. BTW you can buy the Monmouth coffee by calling them and they deliver it, choice of ground or beans. Purchase a grinder and store beans in freezer and they last a lot longer. hamster Posted 7 June, 2014 Share Posted 7 June, 2014 There really is nothing wrong with nescafe original when made properly. Let the water cool a little so as not to burn the grants, put the milk in first and stir in thru coffee, keep stirring as you add the water. Job done, a nice smooth rich cup of coffee. Goatboy Posted 7 June, 2014 Share Posted 7 June, 2014 Cafe Delta is a world of amazing, mind you i'm fairly sure it should be classed as a narcotic since two of those are worse than speed for a buzz! There's actually a nice little portuguese coffee shop on shirley high street that makes it the way it should be made (like rocket fuel). They do excellent pastel de nata and other cakes too. SNSUN Posted 7 June, 2014 Share Posted 7 June, 2014 This is is the stuff I use from Costco. Makes decent coffee but more importantly as I always take a flask to work every shift, it actually lasts quite a while.
Wurzel Posted 12 June, 2014 Share Posted 12 June, 2014 Interested to know if anyone has one of these bad boys? http://www.johnlewis.com/tassimo-fidelia-coffee-machine-by-bosch/p231655094 Got one on line last night from hotukdeals for £35 delivered.... coming Monday. For the price, it looks an absolute bargain. Reviews look good, too. Thanks for the special offer tip off. Mine arrived yesterday. Already decided possibly the best £35 I've ever spent. Looks like genuine offer too, still £119 on the shelf in Tesco
