JackFrost Posted 27 May, 2011 Posted 27 May, 2011 I have been running a genuine copy of Windows 7 that I bought 2 years ago without a problem until now Message randomly appeared on startup today. "Your copy of Windows is not genuine" and it gave me the option of "get a genuine copy" or "ask me later" Must be some weirdness going on somewhere, It still lets me run Windows and I could reinstall it if necessary. Has anyone else seen this on a genuine copy of Windows 7?
Guest Dark Sotonic Mills Posted 27 May, 2011 Posted 27 May, 2011 Download and run Belarc Advisor. It'll give you your Serial. You can check if it matches the one on your installation disc or if it has been corrupted.
