If I remember rightly we would have played a 2 legged semi against relegation threatened Middlesbrough if we'd won. A team who we'd already beaten twice that season. Sadly the highlights don't stretch to showing Paul Jones last minute save from a 30 yard Le Tiss thunderbolt that was heading into the top corner. One of the best saves I've seen.

Saints67 Posted 24 May, 2011 Posted 24 May, 2011 Slightly off topic but in the run that lead to us meeting with Stockport we beat Peterboro away (1-4) with goals coming from Watson, Charlton, Magilton and Drydon. However can anyone tell me who the scorers were in the 3-1 away win at Lincoln City? I ask as these were my first Saints games and I was so skint at the time I couldn't afford parking, pie or programme! Cheers.

My only recognition is that I think they went ahead through an own goal, possibly by Benali.
