dubai_phil Posted 21 May, 2011 Share Posted 21 May, 2011 As it says. The Franchise should never have been allowed to happen, hope they take their rightful place back in the League today. Shame they play Luton who were also treated poorly when compared to that lot down the road.

OldNick Posted 21 May, 2011 Share Posted 21 May, 2011 a family friend plays for Luton. He is a smashing lad and a good footballer. So i want Luton to win
jjsaint Posted 21 May, 2011 Share Posted 21 May, 2011 Interesting as if AFC Wimbledon win it will be just one league between them & McDons. I'm still pulling for Luton Town though, a 'local'-ish club who got completely screwed over.

Saint137 Posted 21 May, 2011 Share Posted 21 May, 2011 From a meeting in Wimbeldon town hall to the League in 9 years. The first fans-founded club to do this, what a story.

dubai_phil Posted 21 May, 2011 Author Share Posted 21 May, 2011 Happy for AFC W. Obviously tinged with a bit of sadness for Luton who were so screwed over, but think in the "Justice Being Done" stakes their story is the better one. Hope they can keep it going now and good luck Luton next season
scotty Posted 21 May, 2011 Share Posted 21 May, 2011 Well chuffed for AFC! Shows what can be done when the fans put their minds to it. Roll on the Red Rebels turning over ManUre in a few years time!!!!!!!!! Hope I live to see that one....
