ruddick Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 Hi all, Wonder if anyone can help me - I am a freelance broadcast journo as well as being a Saints fan. I am attempting to make contact with Matt Le Tissir for a project and I wondered if anyone had or could point me in the direction of his agent's contact details or any other way of getting in touch? Cheers in advance! Peter
johnnyboy Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 You could try his Twitter account mattletiss7 but it has been quiet lately
Colinjb Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 I'm sure i'm not giving anything too much away when I say that forum member 'Matthew Le Tissier' while not being the great man himself does have contact with ex-players. PM him, he's a friendly chap and depending on the project may be willing to help.
Wurzel Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 I think I know where you'll be able to get hold of him tomorrow
Whitey Grandad Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 Shame you didn't mention this earlier. My missus was in the petrol station in North Baddesley on Monday and he was next to her filling up with diesel. She was a bit miffed because she had to drag the hose around her car to the other side.
Fitzhugh Fella Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 Peter you might learn to spell his name before touching base?

Macey_J2 Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 Shame you didn't mention this earlier. My missus was in the petrol station in North Baddesley on Monday and he was next to her filling up with diesel. She was a bit miffed because she had to drag the hose around her car to the other side. If that was my missus i'd of given her a dry slap to the chops, whilst telling her to pipe down, and offer to fill the man's diesel for him. Hero's like him deserve more respect, especially from biznitches!
Andy Durman Posted 19 May, 2011 Posted 19 May, 2011 May I suggest you do a google search and contact his agent. Its not difficult. He is a great man and very approachable.

Hero's like him deserve more respect, especially from biznitches! I know what you mean. I asked her what car he had, what the registration number was, did he look fit, and all she could tell me was that it was 'one of those big black things'.

ruddick Posted 20 May, 2011 Author Posted 20 May, 2011 Peter you might learn to spell his name before touching base? Quite. Dodgy keyboard. Apologys for my poore spilling. Ta all for your help/offers of toilet assistance/stalking suggestions - all help greatly received!
Goalie66 Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 Peter you might learn to spell his name before touching base? could have been worse if he had replaced the first i with an o before the omitted e !!
angelman Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 Quite. Dodgy keyboard. Apologys for my poore spilling. Ta all for your help/offers of toilet assistance/stalking suggestions - all help greatly received! Apologies not apologys. Spell check apps are available on browsers these days.
pap Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 Half the thread is remedial spelling advice. This is how you like to live your lives, is it?
Hatch Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 Apologies not apologys. Spell check apps are available on browsers these days. whoosh
DS Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 Whilst MLT is a legend, I feel offering him a contract at his age would be a waste of money and smacks of a signing to put bums on seats without thinking about building for the prem. Don't know what Cortese is thinking really. Obviously a thinly disguised ploy to soften the fans' anger when vastly more expensive season ticket prices are revealed. Cortese Out!
ruddick Posted 20 May, 2011 Author Posted 20 May, 2011 Apologies not apologys. Spell check apps are available on browsers these days. Er apologys/poore/spilling - it was clearly a joke at my own expense - never mind, you might understand it one day.
FloridaMarlin Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 Let's hope as a freelance journalist you stick to broadcast work.
baxter Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 I'm off to Sportsmans dinner tonight at New Saints ground (Oswestry - Shropshire) - hope to ask the mighty man a few questions -any thoughts?
LVSaint Posted 20 May, 2011 Posted 20 May, 2011 How did you become a journalist when quite frankly, you failed your English Language exams!!!!!111!
