scotty Posted 17 May, 2011 Posted 17 May, 2011 anybody else watching the stream? Decent game so far, brilliant goal by the reading lad. Dave jones looks even more haggard than he did when he was here.
LGTL Posted 17 May, 2011 Posted 17 May, 2011 They blow it every single time. Wouldn't be suprised to see Jones and Cardiff "part company" tonight if it stays like this.
swannymere Posted 17 May, 2011 Posted 17 May, 2011 Who else took pleasure from Bywater ****ing it up? Those who went to the play-off game at Pride Park will all be thinking 'Karma is great'

S-Clarke Posted 17 May, 2011 Posted 17 May, 2011 Cardiff could be screwed now IMO. Massively in debt and took a huge gamble this year keeping hold of Whittingham, Chopra etc and bringing in the likes of Ramsey and Bellamy on loan who wouldn't have been cheap. They've totally screwed up with the players they had over the course of the season.
Saint in Paradise Posted 18 May, 2011 Posted 18 May, 2011 I really hope Reading stuff Swansea as well, Welsh clubs shouldn't be allowed in English Leagues well IMHO

keithd Posted 18 May, 2011 Posted 18 May, 2011 maybe its just me, but i thought Cardiff looked knackered after about 20 minutes. Jonesys done a good job there but spent a lot and i think its time to go. shame, nice guy and all that, but nice guys dont always get what they deserve
Foxstone Posted 18 May, 2011 Posted 18 May, 2011 Sad for Jonesy as he was a great servant to our own club.. I'm sure he will turn up again elsewhere - He is a good manager after all.
Huntingdon Posted 18 May, 2011 Posted 18 May, 2011 The play-offs have been tinged with disappointment for me Nathan Dyer - superb on Monday Matt Mills - PL class last night Such a shame we couldn't keep them
labibs Posted 18 May, 2011 Posted 18 May, 2011 I am delighted they didn't go up this season. They have spent a load of money this season, mainly by making a bit of a mockery of the loan system and had such an unbalanced squad. Loans for Koumas and Keogh must have cost a substantial amount in wages / fees, yet they hardly played (Keogh was a three month, but still). Their problem has been their back four all season, yet Jones seemingly did nothing about it (Kienan is rubbish). Rumours are that their Malaysian owners have quite a bit of a cash, so they might not implode, but I expect Bothroyd, Bellamy and Olafinjana (SP?) to not be there next season, whilst I'm sure Chopra and Whittingham will get offers. Hopefully they will slip away and be one less team to worry about.
OldNick Posted 18 May, 2011 Posted 18 May, 2011 Cardiff just seem to bottle it. i always have felt Jones is quite a good judge of player but then he signed Parkin?
keithd Posted 18 May, 2011 Posted 18 May, 2011 Not seen a player with that many chins since Windass retired
