1976_Child Posted 8 May, 2011 Share Posted 8 May, 2011 ... This is a serious 'Lounge' question. Seriously, no playing around here, I really do want to know. Any doctors in the room? So I am watching MOTD and the League Show, as I do in my underwear. Cut to the chase but the area between my scrotum and the inside-top of my thighs is 'boiling hot' compared to the rest of my mortal coil. Serious, I thought the reason we boys have our sacks on the outside is to ensure a constant temp. Am worried, seriously, no ****s here. How come my nads are frickin over heating??? dingbattigger Posted 8 May, 2011 Share Posted 8 May, 2011 Try Sudocreme - for nappy rash, could just be that. Seriously It's known as contact dermatitis, certainly worth trying.
Huffton Posted 8 May, 2011 Share Posted 8 May, 2011 IS it sore? COuld be jock itch. Basically thrush/athletes foot but in the sweaty area at the top of your leg. A tube of canesten will sort it.
tpbury Posted 8 May, 2011 Share Posted 8 May, 2011 It sounds like an infection to me - one area much hotter than the rest of your body. Cellulitis is a possibility, possibly as a result of a fungal infection causing cracks in your skin and you scratching your balls after digging/handling dog ****/washing up/fish fiddling. If it were cellulitis, I would get my arse and nads to A&E asap, coz it aint nice and can cause stuff to fall off. On the plus side, it rarely affects that area. Wash first and wear loose undies. Colinjb Posted 8 May, 2011 Share Posted 8 May, 2011 Sudocrem cures all, you'll be fine chap. Unless it's Necrotising Fascisitis of course.
hamster Posted 8 May, 2011 Share Posted 8 May, 2011 Whatever you do 1976, avoid googling any of the conditions *suggested but by all means get it checked as a priority. * note that nearly all Internet discussions are posted by peoemwho have discovered symptoms that have turned out to be bad news. Not many people go to the trouble of subscribing to forums if they get the all clear. And the pictures and vids will make you feel most unwell, try youtubing TURBT for an example of what went through MY mind the other week, I was waking up sweating like a pig through watching too many of them. Keepmeverything crossed, if that's not too uncomfortable for you ;-)

Seriously why do pepople post symptoms on a football related forum, would it not make better sense to see your GP, or even your local chemist most of whom are able to give proper advice as to a cure. tpbury Posted 9 May, 2011 Share Posted 9 May, 2011 So, 1976, what's the verdict? Despite male inhibitions about medical conditions, I'm sure there's lots of us who want to know the outcome. Obviously, going to the quack is the best advice. If we don't hear soon, does that mean you're in hospital? Hope not, bud.
