Tommy Forecast

Was just in 90 degrees, he's probably the most ego-tistical person i've ever seen, acting like a complete nob.

He got in multiple fights before he headed outside and he got a broken nose then he punched a women... totally deserved a slap... hope he leaves in the summer

Given the way he was celebrating after the final whistle, that first sentence doesn't surprise me! Don't get me wrong - it's fantastic that the fringe players are all on the bus too, but he's not had a minute of involvement ;)

Seems 90 degrees is a bit of a player hangout. My girlfriend and I were around Carlton Place/Bedford Place but we lamed out and headed home before midnight. Nearly 12 hours of drinking will do for one day

I came on here to post about this. He was getting into fights all night. Gobern and Doble were there but they were ok. He clearly started on the wrong person as when I came out he had blood pis5ing from his nose. Then I saw him swing for a girl and catch her on the face. Disgraceful!

He was a complete knob tonight, and clearly got what he deserved.

dont even think we need to pass comment on prats like this today, think only the positive about players that have actually done something for this club. Not as if hes gonna be getting anywhere near our Championship squad anytime soon!!

Seems a shame he's wasting his time and ours - a la that bloke from Chelsea (but, I hope,a considerably lesser scale). He loaned at Torquay was it? Should do it again. Having said that - if I was a young lad with a guaranteed big salary, probably a lot more than what my father earned, I might end up acting the same way. Just think he could and should be worked with as he obviously has some potential in L1 or L2.

Well, I've never hit anyone in my life, but as a footie player I'm a physical person and I know the vulnerable parts of the knee....

On a positive note seems as someone mentioned lee barnard.

I was outside by the walsall team coach and ted bates before the game waiting to meet someone, a women was there who had sadly been duped into believing she had spoken to lee barnard on facebook and he had a ticket for her. She asked the steward to fetch him and it soon transpired that it wasnt lee and she was ticketless. However credit to him, not only did LB come out and ask her her name, apologise and chat to her + sign autographs for others but he rushed back in, managed to in his words "borrow the last spare ticket" off another player and made this womens day. Credit to him

Serious question. This is important. It could explain the situation.

Was she fit? :)

Why should the rule apply to one player and not the other?

just a question.

Call me old fashioned, but the fact he hit a woman is perhaps relevant. There's a difference between Barnard getting into a bar room brawl with other blokes, and Forecast punching some woman.

( Of course we don't know the full circumstances of either case, and the bint may have been some offensive fat tattoed slag who was equally looking for a scrap).

Disgraceful actions from a completely useless goalkeeper.

Surprised that the clown was able to flap his hands , or punch, at something and he actually made contact.

I wholeheartedly agree with you that a man should not hit a woman although there may be a circumstance where he might have to to protect his/a life? My point was just a generalism asking why one player should be sacked for fighting and another, in the example I questioned, clearly not. Maybe I, wrongly, drew the inference that Barny is of more value to the team so should be treated more leniently? By all means move Forecast on due to his lack of ability or, if due to his pugilism, then Barny should go also!

I don't really want Barny gone but both players should be treated equally!

Had to giggle at your last comment as Forecast was the main butt of a 'Who couldn't do a job for us next season' debate on the train home! He won hands down.

Not a professional footballer, probably trying to make the most of this high point in his career being involved with a big club, even if not playing. Hope he fcks off very soon, but in all seriousness, his level is semi-pro at best, so getting him off that contract will be very difficult.

Just pay him off! Having dross like him in the squad can only bring down the other players. If you associate with crap, you turn to crap.

I was there, saw it all. The girl was with one of the guys that smacked Tommy. She didn't direct any abuse to him, he just lashed out at her as she was the closest (and he probably knew she wouldn't hit him back) He was looking for fights all evening, and when he found one, he lost. Then turned on someone defenseless.

Also, he was spitting his blood at everyone. Including police.

Professinal footballers should not go out clubbing in a town wher all know them,it is asking for trouble.

They need to be more discreet. They have a responsibility to act more responsibly.

Yeah I reckon they would have been far safer if they'd gone to another city to celebrate their promotion. I'm sure somewhere like Portsmouth or Bournemouth would have been a totally hassle free night!

But I agree, clearly some do need to act far more responsibly.

The guy is a complete an utter moron, speak to a lot of Saints players and they are always willing to chat, talk about squad, very friendly, seen him lots of times this season and he doesn't want anything to do with the fans.

He goes out drinking an awful lot and is generally a poor reflection on our club and clearly doesn't give a **** about Saints or even improving himself. What self respecting professional would stay at a business knowing they are never used and are a laughing stock?

If we can find any reason to cancel his contract, we should do.

That picture from the Echo makes me dislike him and I don't even know the bloke. He looks like he should be in the apprentice.

Lol. Have to agree. I hate the bloke from looking at that picture. He also appears to be at the front of all the celebration pics. He hasn't contributed anything all season. Why was he even invites to be involved :/

He's probably got a pay rise clause on promotion.

That is strange, considering how much the fans respect him.

I met Tommy Forecast months back in Tesco, Ocean Village

All I said to the guy was "Alright Tommy"

The bloke didn't even answer, he just looked at me with total contempt

He probably would not expect anyone in Southampton to recognise him, and thought you were an Eastbourne Borough supporter. No doubt too embarrased to speak to you.

He's probably got a pay rise clause on promotion.

Another contract masterstroke from Rupert then.

(Son just told me it was a 5 year deal!!).

Doesn't look like his teammates think much of him either judging from this photo on the echo website.

He's probably telling of a great match in his time at Spurs. Overlooking the bit that he was on loan at Gillingham or Cambridge City at the time.
