badgerx16 Posted 5 May, 2011 Share Posted 5 May, 2011 Didn't take any PPI when I got my loans, can I still appeal on the basis it would have been mis-sold if I had ?

BlagdonSaint Posted 6 May, 2011 Share Posted 6 May, 2011 Lloyds aren't appealing..... Get your complaint in now...! How do I do this? - do it direct / or through a firm that will take 30% commission but " will make the process easier "
emerson massey Posted 7 May, 2011 Share Posted 7 May, 2011 How do I do this? - do it direct / or through a firm that will take 30% commission but " will make the process easier " Go to the Which Website, fill in a few boxes, and they will provide you with an email to send (or a letter). You will need your Loan Ref number etc http://e-activist.com/ea-campaign/clientcampaign.do?ea.client.id=49&ea.campaign.id=2126
hamster Posted 7 May, 2011 Share Posted 7 May, 2011 I'll tell my nipper tomorrow, I advised him against it at the time, not sure if he was listening, he usually doesn't.
SO16_Saint Posted 7 May, 2011 Author Share Posted 7 May, 2011 How do I do this? - do it direct / or through a firm that will take 30% commission but " will make the process easier " On their website is a form produced by the FSA. Fill it in, and send it off. No need for copies of paperwork or policy numbers - they will find both. Try to be as specific as possible, and don't mention multiple issues if poss. The more you mention, the more they will think you're trying it on. The kind salesperson man said that because of my credit history I HAD to take the PPI to get the loan, etc etc.
SO16_Saint Posted 7 May, 2011 Author Share Posted 7 May, 2011 Oh, and don't use a 3rd party CMC group to claim. They're a) **** and claim for about 10 issues which immediately get rejected for being too vague and b) take >50% of the money
