Baj Posted 4 May, 2011 Share Posted 4 May, 2011 Utterly 100% justified, if you're going to fire first at the police, expect them to fire back, for all they knew he was going to go fetch a shotgun or worse. Think they did the right thing under the circumstances, keep shooting until the vehicle is disabled and hopefully the driver too
Huffton Posted 4 May, 2011 Share Posted 4 May, 2011 Totally justified, the guy is lucky to be alive, a faster cop may have dropped him while he still outside the car.
Redondo Saint Posted 4 May, 2011 Share Posted 4 May, 2011 Justified. You don't get out of your car when stopped by Police over here and you deffo' don't shoot at them!
thesaint sfc Posted 4 May, 2011 Share Posted 4 May, 2011 100% justified. Who gives a f*ck how many bullets he used? He needed to make sure the guy was out of action and not going to shoot back again. The Americans are renowned for being OTT with gun fire - but that was entirely justified. I was expecting the guy to get out of the car and put his hand in his pocket and get shot or something like that - if you shoot at the Police you should get shot dead - I'd rather a dead body gets shot a few more times to make sure it's dead than an innocent person dies.
