dannysfc Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 I know this may not be Saints related but I would like to congratulate Paul Lambert, Norwich City and especially Andrew Surman on having a fantastic season and would like to wish them Good Luck playing in the Premier League next season as I quite like Norwich now and would be interesting to see how they do next season too! Also was Good watching the Norwich fans running on the pitch as I hope they ruin it and run riot on it too ! That is all! COYR !!
hamster Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Agreed. Especially pleased for Simeon Jackson though, how he wasn't nabbed by a Prem club I'll never know. A mate at gillingham assured me that Saints made serious enquiries last season but walked away when told the price tag was £1m. He's quite unorthodox in many ways but i'm relieved that we instead went for the depth up front. Seeing Drew on telly today was a sweet moment for Saints fans and hope we can follow Norwich's example next season.
