Lighthouse Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Hartlepool, Rochdale, Carlisle, Oldham, PNE, Walsall and S****horpe away on a freezing wet Tuesday night in January? Nein Danke! Would quite like a trip to West Ham if they go down. Blackpool looks like a good weekend and I didn't get chance to go 2 years ago. Reading should be good for a laugh too. Wouldn't mind a trip to Brighton's new gound too and of course THEM. Assuming they still exist of course. P.S. I am aware there are midweek games and Northerners in the NpC.
ericb Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 The Skates. End of. I was there for the last game at Fratton and we owe them big style. If we continue the way we are doing we'll get that revenge too.
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 All London games, Blackpool, Skates, Cardiff (maybe), Leeds and Derby.
Saints Fan Dan Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 More choice for me living in the north, Leeds is always good fun, Hull and hopefully Huddersfield. But I'd trade all of those just to be under the roof at Fratton making the biggest noise ever when Lambert sticks in a last minute winner.
latter day saint Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Brighton's new ground, so i can check out the padded seats West Ham would be great as got family who support them but the obvious 1 is our fishy neighbours. owe them a lesson, big time!
saints-cris Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 West Ham (maybe), Reading, Pompey, Brighton, Derby. Oh hell.. all of them!
saint_jas Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 (edited) Derby, Hull, Donny and Forest Edited 2 May, 2011 by saint_jas
dune Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 all of them This. Our forray into the noddy leagues was ok for a season, but the novelty soon wore off. It'll be good to get back to decent sized crowds and large away capacities.
Wilko Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 I've enjoyed our League One away trips. Maybe I'm the only one. We won't get many nice old-fashioned terraces like Brentford, when we're in the Championship.
badgerx16 Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 (edited) Bit miffed that PNE are down, now need Blackpool to go down to get a 'local' match. ( Can't get more local, I'm currently based at Bloomfield Road ). Just glad to be on the way up again. Edited 2 May, 2011 by badgerx16
dune Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Bit miffed that PNE are down, now need Blackpool to go down to get a 'local' match. ( Can't get more local, I'm currently based at Bloomfield Road ). do you sell hot dogs now?
JHsaintsfan Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Doncaster to take my four year old ( by then) shame scunny went down
Colinjb Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Derby. We owe them ****s one. Our kids handing them one upon their relegation may well put the record straight in some ways.
krissyboy31 Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Doncaster to take my four year old ( by then) shame scunny went down Donny is a good day. Looking forward to a 15 minute trip to the KC Stadium and also gutted Scunny went down.
badgerx16 Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 do you sell hot dogs now? If I did you wouldn't get one. We are currently 'co located' with the Primary Care Trust.
badgerx16 Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Coventry away. The convenience is wonderful. Do they still charge a penny ?
Thedelldays Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 potentially.....more games closer to home.. reading west ham wolves watford millwall bristol city the skate ****s the big ones against pompey...we need revenge
CWD Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 West Ham, Swansea, Cardiff and Wolves would all be good trips for me
Gorgiesaint Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Based in Scotland, its the northern teams for me. So Middlesboro is going to be the nearest with Leeds & Donny, disappointed that PNE & Sheffield Utd went down, need Blackpool to drop & was hoping that Sunderland would drop out of the Prem as well. Of the the Southern games, of course Pompey, & West Ham will be good as well.
Chez Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Brighton, Blackpool and Cov for me as not been to any of those.
View From The Top Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Skate bast*rds. Every other game is secondary.
Appy Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Blackpool, to remind Holloway that they were "having a laugh".
Rasiak-9- Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 West ham away! Opening day 1-0 win to kick things off!!!!!
LGTL Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 We were having this discussion on the way home, and everyone just comes back to those skate ****s.. There are going to be some corkers next season, can't wait already.
jjsaint Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Leicester, Wolves, West Ham, Coventry, Milwall, Notts Forest if they stay down, possibly Ipswich and Reading
The9 Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Anywhere I haven't yet been, plus Fratton. So that's possibly Wigan (not been) Blackpool (been to but not for Saints), and West Ham as I haven't been to for ages and not for Saints. Plus possibly Cardiff City Stadium (I hope so, I hate them and it would mean they've royally arsed up promotion again as well as a new ground), and maybe Leeds (been before but not for Saints). Add to that the unvisited grounds of Burnley, Hull, Ipswich, Barnsley, Doncaster and the AmEx for Brighton. Might also get roped into a few others by the missus as she hasn't been to many Championship grounds yet.
dellboypete Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 I've enjoyed our League One away trips. Maybe I'm the only one. We won't get many nice old-fashioned terraces like Brentford, when we're in the Championship. Seen 'em, done them, let's get back to civilisation in the championship.
ladysaint Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Wigan (fingers crossed) for me been wanting to do that ground for so long now also really enjoyed Doncaster, West Ham and Forest.
Saint Fan CaM Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Skates, Arsebandits, West Ham, Palarse and Reading.
Rusaldo Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Skates, Ipswich, Brighton, Bristol City, Cardiff and Forest with the possibility of West Ham and Blackpool
jjsaint Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Forgot about Palace, never been but as I remember tickets are silly money
Kingsland Codger Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Clearly I'm in a minority, but I would never even dream about visiting Fratton Park. Apart from it being a dreadful dump, by purchasing a ticket to a match held there I would be contributing to their income.
benjii Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Apart from the Skates of course, Forest and Cardiff are weekends I would look forward to having previously lived in both places. I have a feeling Cardiff will be going up in second though as QPR seem to be in a spot of bother...!
half time pie Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Pompey deffo. Wigan as i,ve never been. Blackpool as well just to see that t**t Holloway again
Griffo Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Every single one of them. Pompey away the most though, of course.
Bucks Saint Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 Reading (please) as its 15 mins away; Palace - many happy memories there; Watford; Derby - too many unhappy memories there, so owe them several; Coventry - like the ground; Forest; Brighton; Blackpool (oh please!); and of course the fishy few
Patrick Bateman Posted 3 May, 2011 Posted 3 May, 2011 The London games, Cardiff, Middlesbrough and of course ... one little city called Portsmouth.
