campeones Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Brighton fan in peace.... Congratulations on all but sealing promotion. Very well deserved, definately the best team we played against this season, home and away. Infact you were the better team on both occasions. Although Hudds also beat us, I think they were def the 3rd best team in the league this season. I won't say anything about 1st or 2nd for fear of sounding like I'm stirring. I am not. I am especially pleased for Dean wilkins who was very harshly treated by us I think. Well done all, look forward to seeing you again next season. You will at least be able to see the other end of the pitch next time you visit us!
paulwantsapint Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 thank you campeons look forward to playing the most likely team to challenge us on south coast next season next season saints top south coast team seagulls 2nd best south coast team bournmouth (hopefully) 3rd best think thats about all south coast teams in npc
Iowsaintsfan Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 least i might be able to get a ticket for the away game next season!
Graffito Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Thanks for taking the trouble to come on here and offer your good wishes. Much appreciated and good luck next season.
Saint Fan CaM Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 I hope Bompey go up in the play-offs and we all stuff Pimpley good and proper. (:
Colinjb Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Thankyou Chap, all the best for next season. Lets put the Skates firmly in their place with a two pronged pincer movement.
Seagull Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Congrats from me too. You were excellent at Withdean (looked a lot better than Huddersfield). Certainly deserve it.
Gorgiesaint Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Fair play to the OP for coming on & def agree with Colinjb, let's make sure we all work together to get the skates relegated next season! Edit: and to campeones & Seagull, glad you got the chance to get your derby back against Palarse.
aintforever Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Would be great if Bournemouth get promoted as well. Then we could have us, Brighton, Reading and Bournemouth beating the sh!t out the skates next year.
SaintAmongSkates Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Iowsaint. Don't bank on getting a ticket at the Amex. Brighton are getting on for a sellout just on season tickets so only about 1500 away tickets each match before the police decide if numbers to be restricted.

I don't like Poyet or the time wasting at SMS, but there is no denying Brighton did a job on this League. Personally I think Saints on their day are the best team in this League, but the table doesn't lie.

Away end will hold 2,500 and I doubt police will restrict numbers.
70's Mike Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 if bompey go up to , bet Hampshire, Sussex and Dorset police will be really pleased
dune Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Thanks seagulls fans. Hopefully Bournemouth will come up too and create some cracking local games.
the saint in winchester Posted 2 May, 2011 Posted 2 May, 2011 Wow a couple of friendly Brighton fans. Thanks for your best wishes, and likewise well done on running away with the League this season. It's a funny feeling tonight for me. I know logically we are up and yet until mathematically confirmed don't feel I can crack open the champagne. Feels like having taken a pregnancy test, it's come up as positive, and yet feeling we should still get it confirmed by the doc before talking about it.

I am still feeling nervous and will not relax until this baby is a certainty. I know we have a big goal difference and it seems unlikely to be a negative result now but I am not going celebrate until its confirmed with the Doctor
