We have 3 season tickets in Kingsland, but all three of us are going corporate for this game (had to select a league game to shell out for corporate in order to get corporate tickets for the Man Utd game)

I'm unclear whether this means my season ticket seats will be empty or whether the club will have sold them on.

If the former, I have 2 adult and one senior citizen seat in Kingsland going spare, which I'd be willing to pass on - probably for a donation to charity.

all the talk about glory hunters really winds me up. Anybody that shells out the money to buy a ticket has the right to watch the game. If you cant get organised, then you miss out. Its not that complex.

I most certainly will take them as I would be willing to donate £40 towards a charity of your choice.

Is it possible I could have 2 of them with my charity donation of £40, I'm sure someone else will snap up the other one.

Gutted I missed out getting tickets as my son was in Australia.

FFS, so I can't go because all the glory hunters are back?! Really need to get 2 tickets to this one, anyone know any going spare? Is it really sold out? Can't get through on phone til Monday now and can't book online.

What about the away end? They can't be bringing many, did they sell out their allocation?

No, you can't go because you left it too late to get a ticket.

Back at Christmas I was already making sure a friend could get me a ticket for Walsall if I needed it. As it happens teaching commitments and the cost of the flights over mean I can't make it, but it's not much of a surprise that it's going to be a sell-out. That's been apparent for some weeks now.

so the club would have the season ticket money, plus the corporate box money, plus ticket money for the seats again ...................... good business plan, but cant see they would of unless StBobby told them he didnt want them and had been given refund or discount on the box

Accepot all the comments re "you have only yourself to blame etc" BUT would be very happy to buy two tickets if anyone has them available, can't go etc. Tel:07865 058248

Many thanks

Just echoing the sentiments of a few others regarding those of us who don't regularly attend home games being labelled glory hunters. What a load of bitter crap! Not all of us are local Saints. I don't manage to get to anywhere near as many games a season as I'd like, I've only been to Wycombe away and MK Dons away this season. A new job has only just allowed me to attend Saturday games. Glory hunters don't travel to Adams Park on a cold Tuesday night either. So forgive me if I've taken the seat of a 'more deserving' fan, but like has already been said, your fault.

Bring on next Saturday, COYR

We haven't played Wycombe this season (they are in League Two), so why did you travel to Adams Park on a cold Tuesday night? Is it because you are a glory hunter that is confusing this season with last season? ;)

I've got 3 tickets for myself and 2 mates, but one of my mates might not be able to get a pass from his wife. So might have a ticket spare. Would prefer to sell to someone who lives near me (Brighton) to save the bother of meeting in a pub in Soton.

Christ, **** memory! Well there you go, last season! My point remains the same!

cant think that any Saints fans are Glory Hunters, especially over the last few years, I myself have a season ticket, but havent always been able to afford it. In the present economic climate just attending a game is a severe drain on resources. I wait with interest the cost of next years season tickets !!

Has anyone actually been told this game is sold out? Nothing on OS or in Echo.

Like I posted yesterday, I reckon Saints are waiting to see if they can grab any more tickets off Walsall before announcing it's a sell-out.

Yes - just checked the online bookings and it's saying that the game is sold out.

Tickets available so far are sold out, but maybe more could become available?

Quite probably. Tis a good job we don't have touts as Saints fans...

100 tickets became available on Saturday and was all sold straight away, they will not have anymore I was told.

gutted I've missed out!

You haven't missed out if you get on the phone to Wallsall.

Posted

Haven't got a ticket and I'm gutted. The only game I've been to since the Dons comeback was that trip to Rochdale and I'd hate for that to be the last game I get to this season. Mind you, there's always 2 playoffs games. Not the final though, Bompey will hammer us in the semis ;)

Would appreciate 2 tickets if anyone does have any spare. Face value only, I'm not getting ripped off. Please don't give me that 'you should have booked sooner, had your chance' bullplop. Some of us have work issues and friends to plan around so we don't always have the luxury of booking a month in advance.

how to win friends (/tickets) and influence people part 1 :)

I mite have a spare as my girlfriend mite not be able to attend. So means ya have sit next to me : )

And what else would you require?

Posted
It's not harsh, I know I should have booked already but been away, thought today or Monday would be fine. I'm not annoyed people want to go, I'm annoyed that I've sat with 10000 empty seats around me most times I've gone. I'm sure it's not people on here, but we have about 20000 fans that only want to come to special occasions!

Why didn't you buy a season ticket, then you wouldn't be in this mess.

I phoned up today cos I locked my account on the internet (I've got a ticket anyway) and asked whether there were any tickets left. They said no.

On the plus side they explained how I could unlock my account :)

D'oh, was going to to take my lad to his first game, and yes before anybody says anything this is 100% my fault for leaving it too late!

Should anyone have two spare tickets, preferably in the Family Enclosure, but not really fussed, then please PM me.
