Huffton Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 Just tried to long into my online ticket account and got a message saying my password has expired and to enter a new one. Has anyone else come across this? Seems a bit strange.
Saint Garrett Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 Yer, my account got locked through too many wrong attempts at my password, Then when i got it unlokced, it said the password had expired and to enter a new one.
richardc Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 yeah - had same problem you need to ring or email ticket office - they will clear it and send you a new one
sfc1971 Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 If you have not used it for a while enter your customer number and football as password I think this is the system default password, You can then reset a new one.
