West Brom - had love-in on their pitch with the skates when we went down

Colchester - we've never seem to get along for some reason.

West Brom don't hate us - quality club with quality fans - the Saints of the Midlands dare I say? (Only diff is they have won several Championships and quite a few FA cups; 'proper' football club') - they HATE Wolves .. doubt we are eve non their radar!

For those of you to have come across the guy assonance_ on Twitter, apparently the whole of Norwich hates us because we played them in the fa cup in 2003 and sang "that's why your nationwide"

I kid you not...

They started it. they sang 'You should be in the Nationwide' at the start of the match, when we got our second we replied 'that's why your in the nationwide' They see us as a similar sized provincial club, but find it hard to acknowledge that we spent 27 years in the top league !

Have we added anyone new to the list this season? I actually think we've gained a bit of love back from most teams this season. Reading have been surprisingly nice about us. As have fans of most other teams I've spoken to. Except West Ham and Brighton.

Man United - 1976 & a few humiliating Premiership results

Chelsea

Arsenal

Man City - Won last game at Maine Road

Spurs - We just dont get on

Liverpool - 3-3 comeback

Everton - £6m for Beattie!

Bolton - Barry Horne 94th minute

Newcastle 3-3 draw kept them out of the CL

Sunderland - Won 0-1 in a relegation battle in their last floodlite game at Roker Park

Aston Villa

Stoke

West Brom

Fulham

Birmingham

Blackpool - we upset Holloway

Wolves

Blackburn

Wigan

West Ham

QPR

Norwich

Cardiff

Swansea

Reading - It's a local rivalry. Apparently.

Nottingham Forest

Milwall - We're well 'ard compared to them, 'innit. Oh and we had a couple of dodgy pens apparetly.

Burnley - Pitch invasion (our fans were a bit ****tish towards them. They were ****tish back)

Leeds - Daylight robbery of 3 points by KD.

Hull

Leicester

Watford - FA Cup semi-final

Ipswich

Pompey - Because we're all-round better people than them

Middlesbourgh

Bristol City

Coventry

Barnsley

Derby - we let them win the play off semi-final in '07, and let them humiliate themselves the following season

Crystal Palace - Fonte and Butterfield dropped a league to play for us

Doncaster - We got Billy Sharp. And binned the train picture.

Sheffield United - Deprived them of the play-offs on the final day

Scun-thrope - We took Adkins

Preston North End

Brighton - Nigel Adkins made them cry

Huddersfield - Despite their best ever run of results, they still couldn't finish above us

Peterborough

Bournemouth - Jealousy!

MK Dons - Everyone hates them. The feeling is probably mutual. (JPT regional final too)

Leyton Orient - Their chairman said something nasty about us once

Rochdale

Exeter - they don't like our kit

Brentford - Something to do with ticket allocations a few years back.

Carlisle

Colchester

Charlton - Their fans smell

Sheffield Wednesday

Hartlepool

Oldham - We spanked them 6-0 at their place

Tranmere

Yeovil

Notts County - Pinched Blackstock and Best

Walsall

Dagenham and Redbridge - we stole their style of play

Bristol Rovers - Stole Ricky Lambert

Plymouth - Paul Sturrock/relegated them

Swindon - We nicked Walcott

Chesterfield

Bury

Wycombe

Shrewsbury - Cup ticket allocations

Accrington Stanley

Stevenage

Gillingham

Torquay

Rotherham

Port Vale

Southend - They love us, but we've recently had an affait with Coventry

Oxford

Crewe

Aldershot - Wannabe skates. Apparently.

Morcombe

Macclesfield

Cheltenham

Bradford

Burton Albion

Hereford

Lincoln City - We loaned them Pulis

Northampton

Barnet - We loaned them Pulis

Stockport County - We loaned them Pulis

Carlisle - The JPT

Northampton - It felt like we knocked them out of both cups for about 5 seasons running.

Leicester - Sent them down in '08

Clutching at Straw with these:

Port Vale - We've got the same kit as Stoke and sold them half their squad.

Bradford - We beat them home and away the season they went down from the Prem

Posh - Fergie doesn't get on with Chaplow. Beat them to the auto's last season.

They all hate us because we have a bigger catchment area than all of them put together and are hoovering up all their floating fans.

I have to admire your sense of humur on this one Turkish. The sound of you finnaly admitting it is sex for the ears!

Eric M was a Luton supporter and director, no idea where Morecombe is anyway, did you mean Morecambe? When Eric was alive Morecambe were a non-league team that would not have had any reason to dislike us I would imagine.

We also never sent AFC Wimbledon down, that was a different team that is now MK Dons.

Oxford only hate Swindon.

Eric Morcambe used to use The Bull at Downton in the 70s

Morecambe is on the Lancashire coast. Eric Bartholomew came from there and used the town's name in his stage name. On the sea front at Morecombe there is a statue of Eric doing his famous one hand behind his ear dance. We have never played Morecombe in the league and will be scrapping the barrel to explain why they would not like us.

Can you come up with better reasons for Oxford and AFC Wimbledon?

No, becaue they don't. Oxford are so stupid they don't actually know there are any other teams other than Swindon. The A419 derby is one of the most keenly fought derbies in the world :-)

I know very well where Eric M was born, but it changes nothing, Morecambe are not even on our radar and anyway Eric was a Luton supporter/director, in the days when Luton regiularly played at a similar level to us.

Came across this on the Bolton forum

We've got some superb away days, I'm so glad pointless clubs like Reading and Southampton have gone up now we're down.

For some reason being called a pointless club by a Bolton fan ...really ****es me off. Though they did cheer me up with this little gem

WE are now the big fish, the team everyone wants to beat, the man united/man city of the championship and i cant wait for these teams away games

I think they may be in for a shock...

Ah, happens to all the teams that go down. I'm sure some of us said the same.

but yep, they're in for an awful shock as they'll struggle at the start.
