No harm done ultimately. In related weirdness who else spotted Richardson playing with one boot and making a couple of decent passes?

Didn't you get taught about parallel lines (and perspectives in Technical Drawing at school)?????

david in sweden Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Looks offside to me based on the video and this image when Lallana made the pass... great analysis lads, better than the TV... however, you can see that the defender nearest to Guly is behind him... because his trailing leg hides Guly's boots - OFFSIDE! one might question if the defender nearest in the pic. with outstrethed leg might have played Guly onside ?...but maybe not. borderline..... but I think the lino got it right, but I've seen worse given offside when it wasn't.

Oh well.....it looked a brilliant goal when it happened and we were non-plussed when it was given offside

I can only imagine he lost concentration and didn't see where the ball had come from!

He had a mare, the ball went out from a Saints pass by about 4 ft and the lino kept his flag down Rickie ran after it Pool players were having a tantrum, and I think Rickie ran out of steam because him and most of the left side of the Chapel we giggling as a result>

I actually said 'Guly's offside' as the cross was hit and unfortunately the lino agreed with me and plenty of others around me.

The offside was marginal but the lino infront of the Kingsland had a bit of a mare (mostly in our favour to be honest). the Red was 2 yellows, Collins just got 1 match.On the highlights it's not very clear whether the yellow comes out first or not, must have though.
