saintrich Posted 19 October, 2008 Posted 19 October, 2008 Finally bought a laptop... scrapped the idea of getting one of those mini laptops. Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Li 2735 160GB SATA 3GB RAM Intel Celeron Dual-Core T1400 15.4" Screen Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 SuperMulti-format DVD burner Windows Vista Home Premium £339.99 in Staples. I'm not big on I.T, but it seems a decent enough deal?
Ruffo Posted 22 October, 2008 Posted 22 October, 2008 I am in the market to buy 3 new laptops since I got burgled. Any suggestions as to what to look out for when buying one ie brand, processor speed etc. I have an external HDD and DVD burner so not worried about those features. Just speed and reliability
thesaint sfc Posted 22 October, 2008 Posted 22 October, 2008 Buy a Dell. They're dirt cheap at the moment & lovely systems. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=3551
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 22 October, 2008 Posted 22 October, 2008 i think this is a good laptop deal.http://www.ebuyer.com/product/148840 might get one myself.
Essruu Posted 22 October, 2008 Posted 22 October, 2008 I just completed an online purchase of a new MacBook and iPod Nano. You could've bought my old white MacBook for £400 (the amount I just sold it for) instead of that rubbishy old Fujitsu Siemens one
